As far as New Year’s resolutions are concerned, I think I just did more harm than good. I just took about 5 years off my life. I just worked out. Actually...no, I wouldn't even call it a workout as far as workouts are concerned, but it is a start. I jogged (or “yogged”) and walked around the neighborhood, I would have to guess a mile or close to it and I would say about half way through my lower back started killin' me! Just walking at a fast pace was hurting it. I know it's just the lack of muscle movement from the previous time that I worked out sometime in the late 90’s, but like I said, it is a start to my New Year’s resolution of dropping 40 pounds off the frame rails…can someone get me a Lipitor or something?

The first work outs the hardest. Pace yourself.
You gotta get to that place where you know you'll feel better afterwards, and don't let the lazy thinking take over you're entire body.
